Pauschale ist am gewünschten Termin nicht buchbar - was kann ich tun?

Da die Nachfrage für die Thermen und Badewelt Sinsheim besonders in den kalten Monaten sehr groß ist, können wir nicht jeden Tag Eintrittskarten für unsere Gäste reservieren. 
Melden Sie sich gerne telefonisch unter 07261-40640 oder per Mail an info@hotel-sinsheim.de, so können wir Ihnen dann gerne persönlich Auskunft geben und gegebenenfalls eine Alternative anbieten. 

Can I book a half-board menu with my package?

You can book one of our surprise menus for as little as €34.00 per person. We are looking forward to your reservation.

Our kitchen is open in the evenings from 6 p.m. to 10 p.m.
Lunch from 12 p.m. to 2 p.m.
On Sunday we have a small snack offer for our guests.

Can I extend my stay?

One night is included in the package. You are welcome to extend your stay at the current rate.

I have a voucher. How do I book my preferred date?

Your voucher is not automatically linked to a reservation. Please book your stay via +49 (0) 7261 / 4064-0 or info@hotel-sinsheim.de.

Please have your voucher number ready for your booking.

When do I pay the package I have booked?

You pay your package on arrival or when you pick up the tickets before check-in.

How and where can I get the tickets?

The tickets included in the package are available at our reception.

When can I arrive?

As from 7 a.m. you can pick up the tickets at our reception.

Your room will be available from 3 p.m. The reception is open 24 hours.
