Radiant white and dark shades of grey meet color accents in pink and gold. Design-illuminations ensure a calm atmosphere for your recreation. A few of the rooms have an exclusive view of the Concorde of Technik Museum Sinsheim and PreZero Arena of TSG 1899 Hoffenheim.

The accommodation price includes the use of our fitness and sauna/steam bath area. All 110 rooms and suites are non-smoking.

For our hotel guests are 200 parking spaces on site and 4 charging points for electric vehicles.

Is the reception constantly open?

Our reception is open 24 hours. At night our evening clerk is there for you (ring the doorbell at the entrance).

At what time is check-out and check-in?

Check-in from 3 p.m. and check-out till 11 a.m.

Is there a safe in the room?

You can leave your valuables in the safe at reception free of charge.

Do I need a credit card for my reservation?

If you make your reservation via our homepage, you will not need a credit card.

How can I change or cancel my reservation?

Do you have parking spaces and how much does it cost?

We offer about 200 parking spaces free of charge directly at the hotel. We do not have a garage.

Can I charge my electric car at the hotel?

On the hotel grounds are 4 electric charging stations typ 2 with maximum performance of 22 kW (slow charging, duration for a full charge: 5 to 6 hours). 100 per cent green electricity for about 39 cent including taxes per kWh. The charging is possible via app, RFID charging card and ad-hoc.

Are there special parking areas for motorbikes and bicycles?

On request you can put your bicycle in one of our conference rooms. Otherwise we offer about 200 parking lots free of charge (not roofed).

How do I get from the hotel to the airport and station?

The S-Station Museum/Arena is about 200 m away from the hotel. Do you want to book a private shuttle to the airport or IC-Stations (Heidelberg / Mannheim), please do ask us.

Do the rooms have a hairdryer, shower gel and shampoo?

Yes, every room category does have the above mentioned.

Is it allowed to smoke in the rooms?

We are a non-smoking hotel. You can smoke outside the entrance or at the terrace of the restaurant.

Is the breakfast included in the room rates? When is breakfast time?

Breakfast is includes in all of our rates.

When can I have lunch and dinner?

Is it possible to book an extra bed?

In our Deluxe and Junior Suite categories you can use the couch as an extra bed.

Are there reduced prices for children?

Children form 0 to 4 years are our guests. Children from 5 to 14 years are charged with 20 Euros per extra bed.

Do you have WiFi in all rooms and areas? Is it free of charge?

Our WiFi is in all areas free of charge. You get the password at the reception with your key card.

Is it allowed to take my pet to the hotel?

Pets are welcome. You pay 10 Euro for special cleaning.
